Flint Hills Housing Demand Analysis

 

The Flint Hills FHEA/RAI Study provides an opportunity for the region to analyze and consider the land use, housing development and lending practices and their impacts on the housing market. This Housing Demand Analysis is the first time the seven-county region has been studied under a single lens. This allows us to capture the continued growth of the Manhattan metropolitan area, while seen in the stark contrast to the rural decline on its borders. This Study does not delve into the dynamics but allows us to see where the current trends are likely to lead unless policy changes or other measures are addressed.
